For our refurbished laptop and PC, we provide a three-month warranty on hardware. This warranty covers any hardware-related issues that may arise during the specified period.

General Shipping Terms
These are UNIWAY’s General Shipping Terms that apply to all shipping options.
Shipping Charges
Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your UNIWAY invoice. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to UNIWAY.
Delivery Estimates
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times, should not be relied upon as such and do not form part of the contract between UNIWAY and you.
Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To qualify for an exchange, the item must remain in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. To initiate the exchange process, please contact us. Please note that customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs with the exchange.
For items in blister packaging, a 15% restocking fee will apply upon opening. Valid invoices may be required for returns or exchanges.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange such an item, please send an email to bc@uniway.ca.
Physical damage or modification voids all warranty.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted. The time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For items exceeding $75 in value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
